Indian Bath

This space is a powder room that services a very rustic game room in a mountain retreat home.

 

The design criteria was to create a thematic continuity between the two spaces.

 

The client loves natural stone, so it made sense that the use of stone and creating an earthy setting would be consistant with the atmosphere of the game room and make for an interesting scenario that the Client and guests would enjoy.

 

American Indian art and lifestyle is the inspiration for this space using Navajo rug pattern for custom made tile, rustic boulder cut into a sink, travertine stone slabs for the walls, and authentic American Indian accessories.
